Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Gladiator Tracker (the “Service”), operated by CozyDay Technology (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Gladiator Tracker, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Gladiator Tracker, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Gladiator Tracker for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• Do not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
• Do not use the Service for commercial or unauthorized purposes
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service
• Do not circumvent security features or access restricted areas
• Do not remove proprietary notices or branding

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, including fitness and training data.

By submitting content, you grant CozyDay Technology a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. We do not use your content for advertising purposes.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Gladiator Tracker may offer subscription-based features. Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may be purchased through external websites using authorized third-party payment providers. When you choose to subscribe, you may be redirected outside of the application to complete your purchase.

Pricing, billing cycles, free trials (if offered), renewal terms, and cancellation options are presented at the time of purchase. Payments and subscription management are handled by the third-party provider used to complete the transaction.

CozyDay Technology does not process payments directly and is not responsible for billing errors, payment disputes, or subscription management handled by third-party providers. Apple is not a party to any transactions conducted outside the App Store.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In violation of any applicable law or regulation
• To upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
• To impersonate another person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• For automated scraping or abuse of system resources

8. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Gladiator Tracker is intended for general fitness and wellness tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise, nutrition, or fitness program. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CozyDay Technology disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CozyDay Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
